Job Summary

Define and own Oracle Retail XStore POS solution architecture for enterprise retail implementations.Design POS customizations, integrations, deployment strategies, and performance optimization solutions.Provide technical leadership across XStore development, deployment, and support teams.Architect integrations with RMS, RPM, XCenter, ERP, payment, loyalty, and third-party systems.Review solution designs, code quality, security, and scalability standards.Lead upgrade, modernization, cloud migration, and store rollout initiatives.Support estimation, technical governance, and stakeholder discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own Oracle Retail XStore POS solution architecture for enterprise retail implementations.Design POS customizations, integrations, deployment strategies, and performance optimization solutions.Provide technical leadership across XStore development, deployment, and support teams.Architect integrations with RMS, RPM, XCenter,

ERP, payment, loyalty, and third-party systems.Review solution designs, code quality, security, and scalability standards.Lead upgrade, modernization, cloud migration, and store rollout initiatives.Support estimation, technical governance, and stakeholder discussions.

Skill Requirements

Deep expertise in Oracle Retail XStore POS architecture and implementation.Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Oracle Database, SQL, and POS integrations.Knowledge of Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, RPM, XCenter, RIB) and enterprise integration patterns.Experience designing scalable, high-volume retail store solutions.Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and technical leadership capabilities.Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, release management, and enterprise architecture practices.
