This role isnt just about running ads. Its about understanding how demand is
shaped, captured, and converted, end to end. You won’t just optimize
campaigns. You’ll influence how the entire funnel behaves. Because in our
world, outcomes aren’t linear. They’re probabilistic. And we’re looking for
someone who knows how to operate inside that.

What you’ll work on:

Running and scaling campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting, PMax)

Setting up and managing GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, pixels, enhanced conversions

Building remarketing journeys + email, WhatsApp & SMS campaigns

Improving lead quality, funnel conversion, and ROAS





Working closely with sales to drive lead deal conversion

What you’ll need to be comfortable with

You’ve already worked hands-on with:

Paid channels like Google Ads & Meta Ads (Search, Display, YouTube,

Retargeting, PMax, etc.)

Tracking systems (GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking, enhanced

conversions)

Lifecycle channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) beyond just sending

campaigns

Data that goes beyond dashboards—understanding what’s actually driving

outcomes
