Social Media Manager – Position Requirements

Job Title: Social Media Manager
Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing
Experience: Fresher/1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company’s social media accounts.
- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
- Create captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams.
- Track social media performance using analytics and prepare reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, algorithms,



and recent features.
- Support paid social media campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Basic graphic/video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising.
- Creative thinking and content-planning ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Any degree; Digital Marketing / Social Media certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
