Job Overview

We are looking for a Process Consultant to join our international support team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and an interest in the banking and financial services domain, particularly Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries through international chat support.

· Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Assist customers with queries related to banking, credit cards, debit cards, transactions, and related services.

· Follow defined processes, policies, and quality standards.

· Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them when required.

· Maintain skilled and effective communication with customers.

· Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Requirements

· 2–6 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in a chat support process.

· Experience in international customer support will be preferred.





· Candidates interested in the Banking/Financial Services domain are encouraged to apply.

· Basic knowledge of Credit Cards and Debit Cards is preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Good typing and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-service environment.

· Minimum 90% accuracy expected.

Work Schedule

· Work Mode: 100% Onsite

· Working Days: 5 days a week

· Weekly Off: Rotational

· Shifts: Rotational shifts

· Candidate should be comfortable working night shifts.

· Two-way cab facility available as per applicable shift/transport policy.

Education

· Any Graduate

· Minimum 15 years of formal education

Compensation

· Maximum CTC: ₹5.5 LPA

· Expected hike: Approximately 20–30% on current CTC, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Notice Period

Immediate joiners preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile

A customer-focused professional with experience in international chat support, strong communication skills, and an interest in banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards, who is comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
