Key Responsibilities
- Manage Kaidoko’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, posts, hooks, scripts and campaign copies.
- Research trends, competitors and audience interests for new content ideas.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns and Meta Ads.
- Analyze performance and optimize content and campaigns.
- Manage comments, messages and community engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Social Media, Content or Digital Marketing.
- Strong content writing & copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content calendars.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Creative, organized and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Experience working with designers/video editors.
- Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can think, write, plan and execute — not just schedule posts.
You’ll own Kaidoko’s content calendar, social media presence and Meta Ads while working closely with the creative team to grow our digital presence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
