Role Purpose

To prepare accurate, skilled, and timely reports for solar project operations, leveraging specialized tools (PVsyst, Pathfinder) or equivalent technical exposure, ensuring compliance with project standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design 2D drawings and 3D models using Sketchup, AutoCAD software.
- Support in drafting technical layouts, assembly diagrams, and component placements.
- Assist in converting concepts and sketches into detailed engineering drawings.
- Participate in design reviews,feedback sessions, and iterative modifications.
- Coordinate with senior designers and engineers to ensure designs meet functionality and manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain organized design documentation and version control.
- Prepare detailed solar project reports including energy yield assessments, shading analysis, and performance simulations.
- Use PVsyst / Pathfinder tools for modeling and analysis; alternatively, apply engineering fundamentals with willingness to learn these tools.
- Compile and validate site survey data, BOQ, and installation records into structured reports.
- Support project teams with MIS dashboards, progress trackers, and customer submissions.
- Ensure reports meet technical accuracy, bilingual (English + Hindi) clarity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to translate field data into actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation archives for audits, customer reviews, and internal references.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Educational Background: Diploma/ITI or Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics/ Renewable Energy or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Sketchup/AutoCAD (preferred).
- Proficiency in PVsyst or Pathfinder (preferred).
- Basic understanding of 2D and 3D layout design.
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, charts, MIS automation).
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and site survey processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi).
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.
- Experience: Freshers (GTE) with willingness to learn OR candidates with prior exposure to solar projects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
