Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial transactions, inventory accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance and MIS reporting for our branded jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Handle cash, bank, UPI and credit card reconciliation.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Manage jewellery inventory accounting, including gold, diamond, silver and other precious-metal stock.
- Verify daily sales, cash closing and stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock vs. system reconciliation.
- Handle accounting related to making charges, wastage, discounts,



exchanges and returns.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in audit, month-end closing, P&L; and balance sheet preparation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Management teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliation and inventory accounting.
- Experience with gold/diamond stock reconciliation and jewellery billing will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
