CAMFiN Global Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accounting Faculty to join our Manjeri branch. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented accounting training, preparing learning materials, evaluating students, and supporting students in developing strong accounting and software skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Training

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical sessions on accounting concepts.
- Explain accounting principles and concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Provide practical training using relevant accounting software.
- Teach topics such as:
- Financial Accounting
- Basic & Advanced Accounting
- Tally / TallyPrime
- GST
- Income Tax basics
- Payroll and related accounting concepts
- Banking and financial transactions
- Final Accounts
- Other relevant accounting topics as assigned.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, and case studies.
- Ensure students understand both theoretical and practical aspects of accounting.

2. Course Planning & Academic Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson plans and teaching schedules.
- Develop notes, presentations, assignments,



and practical exercises.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
- Update teaching materials according to industry requirements.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain student academic and attendance records.

3. Student Support

- Guide students in resolving academic and practical doubts.
- Provide individual support to students who require additional assistance.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in developing job-ready accounting skills.
- Provide basic career guidance related to accounting and finance roles.

4. Academic Coordination

- Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and Branch Manager.
- Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic reviews.
- Submit required academic reports on time.
- Maintain discipline and a skilled learning environment.
- Follow CAMFiN's academic policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
