Job Summary

Optima Poultry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for creating professional marketing and product-related designs, maintaining brand consistency, and providing creative support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design product brochures, catalogues, product literature and promotional materials.
- Create product labels, datasheets, technical profiles and other product-related artwork.
- Design marketing posters, banners, advertisements and digital creatives.
- Create and edit product images for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Develop creative content for digital platforms and company communications.
- Maintain company branding and visual identity across all communication materials.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand design requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure designs are completed within timelines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and skilled quality of all artwork before final release.
- Handle multiple design projects and prioritize work based on business requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography,



colour combinations and layouts.
- Experience in designing brochures, catalogues, labels, posters and digital creatives.
- Good knowledge of image editing and product image enhancement.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical/product information and convert it into visually appealing designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, poultry, veterinary, agriculture or related industry.

Qualification

- Any degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field will be preferred.
- Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Candidates with a strong design portfolio will be preferred.
