Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Travel Consultant / IATA Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline ticketing, international and domestic travel, GDS systems, fare rules, and travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticket issuance.
- Manage reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications.
- Handle airline fare rules, baggage policies, penalties, and ticketing procedures.
- Work with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent systems.
- Handle corporate and individual travel requirements.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, hotels, visa teams, and other travel partners.
- Assist clients with visas, hotels, travel insurance, transfers, and holiday packages when required.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in developing new business.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide efficient travel solutions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a travel agency, airline, or travel management company.
- IATA qualification/certification
- Good knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with a GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Knowledge of fare construction, fare rules, re-issuance, refunds, and ticketing procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates with corporate travel experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
