Job Responsibilities

- Contact prospective candidates via phone to discuss available overseas job opportunities.
- Understand candidates' qualifications, work experience, and career objectives.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the company database/CRM.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide excellent service.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and outreach targets.
- Stay informed about current job openings and industry requirements.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.




- Confident telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, recruitment, or counselling will be considered an asset but is not required.
