Job Summary
SW Packaging & Tools – Application Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end application packaging requests. Gather and validate software requirements from stakeholders. Create and manage packaging, testing, and deployment schedules. Track application requests and ensure adherence to SLAs. Coordinate with packaging engineers for MSI, EXE, App-V, MSIX, or Intune packages. Manage application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure software compliance, licensing, and security requirements are met. Work with SCCM/MECM, Intune, and deployment teams for software rollout. Maintain packaging documentation, release notes, and knowledge articles.
Monitor deployment status and resolve packaging-related issues. Participate in change management and CAB processes. Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
