SNAPPYPE DIGITAL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for State Heads across India to lead and expand our Business Development and Referral Channel Network.

The State Head will be responsible for developing business in the assigned State, building and managing a strong Business Associate (BA) network, driving customer acquisition, subscription growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand SNAPPYPE's business network across the assigned State.
- State Head will be responsible for appointing district head in their respective states.
- In addition to assisting the district head to appoint business associate across the states.
- Recruit, onboard, activate and manage Business Associates (BAs).
- Monitor District Head weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Performance.
- Build and deploy the Referral Channel across districts.
- Drive customer acquisition and generate quality financial-service leads.
- Drive SNAPPYPE subscription growth and maintain active subscriptions.
- Monitor BA performance and support BAs in achieving their targets.
- Develop relationships with local business networks, referral partners and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly targets for BA recruitment, subscriptions, leads and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, training and performance reviews with the BA network.
- Expand SNAPPYPE's presence across districts within the assigned State.
- Submit regular business, recruitment and revenue performance reports.

Compensation Structure – Important

Please note: Snappype Digital India Private Limited a fixed monthly CTC/salary for the State Head position under the performance-based contractual engagement model.

The State Head's earning chance is fix ctc with performance-based and depends on:





- Achievement of subscription targets
- Eligible business generated through the referral network by district head
- Cross Sale business incentives allowed
- Actual revenue realized and validated by the Company

Target Roll-Over and Salary Eligibility Policy -

If a State Head is unable to achieve the prescribed target during the current month, the unachieved target and the corresponding salary eligibility may be carried forward to the following month.

In the subsequent month, the State Head will be required to complete both:

- The previous month's backlog target, and
- The current month's prescribed target.

Upon successfully completing the backlog target along with the current month's target, the State Head will become eligible for the rolled-over salary component as well as the current month's salary.

Roll-Over Validity

The target and salary roll-over facility will be available for a maximum period of 90 days from the original target month.

Any pending target or salary eligibility that remains unfulfilled beyond the 90-day roll-over period will expire and will not be carried forward further.

If the State Head fails to achieve the required targets within the applicable 90-day period, the company may discontinue the State Head's engagement/employment, in accordance with the applicable appointment terms and company policy.

Who Can Apply:

- Candidates with experience in Business Development, Sales, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Direct Selling, Referral Network or Channel Management will be preferred.
- Strong communication, networking and team-building skills.
- Ability to recruit and manage a large field/referral network.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and business contacts are preferred.

Role: State Head – Business Development & Referral Network
Location: Across India
Coverage: One State Head will be appointed for each State.
Travel: Required within the assigned State.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in India
