Job Responsibilities

1. Study project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

2. Prepare and submit BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost summaries, and tender documentation.

3. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

4. Conduct site visits and attend pre-tender meetings if necessary.

5. Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for accurate project costing.

6. Evaluate and compare supplier quotes, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

7. Monitor cost trends and provide value engineering suggestions.

8. Update and maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and material costs.

9. Assist in preparing variations and change orders during the course of the project.

Requirements

1.



Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in estimating within the interior fit-out or construction industry.

3. Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, MEP, and furniture used in interior projects.

4. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Candy).

5. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
