Role Summary: The Quality Control-Field is responsible for ensuring that all food

products served in the franchise meet the established quality standards. They will

work closely with the franchise's management team to ensure that all franchise

locations are adhering to the established quality standards.

Role Responsibilities:

 Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to

recipes, portion sizes, and cooking techniques. Follow a checklist to visit

outlets as per schedule for smooth business operations

 Address any issues or discrepancies with kitchen staff and request necessary

corrections

 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling

guidelines, and licensing requirements

 Develop and maintain a quality assurance program for the franchise

 Communicate technical expertise to field and corporate management to

resolve process and product quality issues and concerns

 Identify and address basic supplier quality issues

 Develop and implement programs to aid in the policies and procedures

required to exceed internal quality and food safety requirements, regulatory

requirements, and customer expectations





 Ensure that policies and procedures are interpreted and enforced

consistently across the company to expand product distribution and process

quality and consistency

 Check quality of the product and surrounding by conducting an audit and

maintaining a report to be submitted timely

 Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure

quality control standards are met by identifying areas of improvement and

suggesting solutions.

 Monitor customer satisfaction levels by collecting feedback and analyzing it

to identify areas of improvement

 Checking the taste and texture of food samples to ensure they meet the

chef’s specifications by conducting sensory evaluations and making

necessary adjustments

 Must be aware of FSSAI norms and ensure their compliance by franchisees

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

 Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field

 Several years of experience in quality control or food safety

 Knowledge of basic food safety standards and issues

 Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
