Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Consumer Durables Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, pitching products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on assigned leads through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchase intent.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Work according to defined sales processes and performance targets.

Requirements





- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, BPO Sales, or Consumer Durable Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.

Salary & Incentives

- ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 In-Hand
- Unlimited Incentives based on sales performance
