- Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage café staff and allocate daily duties.
- Monitor customer service, food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle billing, sales and daily cash/collection activities.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the store/kitchen team.
- Monitor food preparation, display and timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain daily sales, stock and operational records.
- Ensure staff grooming, discipline and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with the management for daily operational requirements.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock and cash handling.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts – Day / Night.
- Must be versatile to work during Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
- Ability to manage operations during peak cinema show timings.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
