Job Title: Accounts Executive

Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage local and overseas receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and monitor weekly receivable ageing reports.
- Maintain customer and overseas agent accounts and records.
- Reconcile customer ledgers and ensure accurate receipt entries.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for collection of outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers and overseas agents for timely payments.
- Prepare and maintain overseas agent agency agreements.
- Record all receipts and accounting transactions accurately in the system.
- Monitor overdue payments and maintain proper collection records.
- Coordinate for timely closing of job files and ensure all financial entries are completed.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities related to freight forwarding operations.





Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Account Payable..
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics accounts preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong reconciliation and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
