- Generate leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and field activities.
- Identify and connect with potential buyers/investors.
- Handle inquiries and explain project details to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further conversion.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sourcing targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
