We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and skilled manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product suggestions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
- Support billing and order-handling activities when required.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain stock awareness and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Prior retail/sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
