We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Executive – Community Connect to develop and maintain relationships with the local community, organizations, institutions, and healthcare professionals, while promoting the hospital’s services and community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and organizations.
- Conduct community outreach programs, health awareness activities, and medical camps.
- Coordinate health check-up camps, awareness sessions, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with resident associations, corporate organizations, schools, colleges, and other institutions.
- Identify opportunities to increase community engagement and hospital visibility.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for outreach activities.
- Promote hospital services and communicate available healthcare facilities to the community.
- Collect feedback from community members and share insights with management.




- Maintain records and prepare regular reports on community outreach activities.
- Support hospital marketing and public relations initiatives.
- Represent the hospital professionally during community events and external programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, public relations, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive presentation and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for community activities and events.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
