Key Responsibilities

- Resource Mobilization: Plan, execute, and oversee fundraising campaigns across individual, corporate, and institutional donor channels.
- CSR & Institutional Engagement: Identify and build strong partnerships with corporations, donor agencies, and philanthropic organizations for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding.
- Digital & On-Ground Campaigns: Organize community fundraising drives, online crowdfunding, and local donor engagement programs.
- Donor Relations: Maintain clear communication, submit regular impact reports,



and cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential supporters.
- Proposal Writing: Conceptualize, draft, and submit compelling grant proposals and project pitches.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Business Administration (MBA), Rural Development, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in fundraising, donor management, or corporate communications within the non-profit / social sector.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing, social media campaigns, and computer skills (MS Office).
- High integrity, self-motivation, and alignment with non-profit community development.
