ABOUT THE ROLE

The Engagement Manager is accountable for end-to-end execution and delivery of BPR and automation transformation engagements, managing internal stakeholders and external client relationships, solution design, and cross-functional delivery teams. The role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring programs deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage full-lifecycle BPR and Intelligent Automation engagements from discovery through hypercare.
- Drive current-state (As-Is) assessment, future-state (To-Be) design, and transformation roadmap development.
- Own Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, process decomposition, and opportunity identification exercises.
- Manage delivery timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Collaborate with solution architects and automation developers to ensure technical alignment with business requirements.
- Develop business cases,



ROI models, and benefit realization frameworks for automation and BPR initiatives.
- Serve as the primary client point-of-contact, managing expectations and escalations effectively.
- Guide SIPOC, FMEA, RCA, and Control Chart analyses across transformation workstreams.
- Contribute to proposal development, effort estimation, and solution structuring for recent opportunities.
- Coach and mentor junior team members in Lean Six Sigma and BPR methodologies.

Skill Requirements

- 12–16 years of experience in BPR, process consulting, or transformation delivery in BFSI / Healthcare.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with demonstrated DMAIC / DMADV project delivery.
- Proficiency in VSM, process modelling, and process mining tools.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and AI-enabled BPM solutions.
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent client-facing communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
