What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Comfortable working with monthly hiring targets and deadlines
- Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and other channels
- Ability to independently screen, coordinate and follow up with candidates until joining
- Excellent Advanced Excel skills – this is important for the role
- Comfortable working with recruitment MIS, trackers, reports and data
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn HR Operations and HR Generalist responsibilities

Pay: ₹21,043.64 - ₹26,937.79 per month
