Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager to manage customer service operations, handle customer queries, coordinate with branch teams, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day customer service activities at the branch.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with customers regarding chit payments, receipts, documents, auctions, and other service requirements.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and requests.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager, ABM, Collection and other departments.
- Monitor customer follow-ups and pending service requests.
- Ensure proper maintenance and verification of customer records and documents.
- Support branch operations and maintain service quality.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.




- Prepare and submit regular service-related reports to management.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Any PG Degree
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, finance, banking, insurance, chit funds, or related fields.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with different departments.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of chit fund operations will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
