About the Role:

We are establishing a contemporary, child-centric Preschool & Daycare in Thrissur and are seeking a visionary, hands-on Preschool Director / Operations Head to lead the project from setup to full operation.

Beyond managing our flagship center, we plan to expand our brand into a competitive franchise network. If you have a proven track record in running early childhood education centers, curriculum planning, operational budgeting, and designing scalable franchise business models, this role offers complete operational ownership to build, grow, and expand a quality preschool brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Setup & Launch: Oversee the initial setup, learning environment design, equipment procurement, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Budgeting & Cost Management: Guide operational costs, optimize resource allocation, and manage day-to-day expenditure efficiently.

· Curriculum & Academics: Implement engaging, modern early-years curricula (Montessori/play-based) and ensure top-quality child care and safety standards.

· Staff Recruitment & Training: Hire, mentor, and lead qualified teachers, assistants, and support staff across current and upcoming centers.

· Admissions & Parent Engagement: Drive admission strategies, conduct school tours, and maintain strong,



transparent communication with parents.

· Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all local guidelines, safety measures, hygiene protocols, and licensing requirements are strictly met.

· Franchise Development & Brand Expansion: Build standardized operational manuals, quality audit frameworks, and onboarding systems to launch and scale our brand through franchise partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or relevant field (NTT / Montessori certification is a plus).

· Proven minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience as a Preschool Principal, Center Head, or Operations Lead.

· Hands-on experience or demonstrated capability in preschool franchise operations, multi-branch expansion, or developing franchise rollout models.

· Strong understanding of early childhood center budgeting, setup costs, unit economics, and operational workflows.

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (English & Malayalam).

· Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute brand-scaling strategies independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
