The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the outlet, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, providing positive customer service, and following company SOPs and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation
- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain proper portion sizes and food quality.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Minimize food wastage and report damaged or expired items.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
