We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage bulk hiring for Sales, BDE, Telecalling, and Field Sales roles.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, and referrals.
- Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet monthly hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate/BBA/MBA or relevant degree.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in Sales/BDE/Field Sales hiring is an advantage.
- Positive English communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and organized approach.
