About The Role:

We are hiring energetic and sales-driven candidates for a Voice Sales Outbound Process in Airoli. This is a pure voice sales role with high earning potential through incentives. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset, this is the perfect opportunity to maximize your income.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

- Pitch products/services and convert leads into sales

- Handle customer objections confidently and close deals

- Maintain daily calling targets and productivity standards

- Update lead status and follow up with interested customers

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate

- Communication: Excellent English communication skills mandatory

- Experience: 6 months Minimum BPO experience with good communication and sales aptitude can apply.



Prior sales / telesales / BPO voice experience preferred

- Must have strong sales orientation and convincing skills

- Comfortable with target-driven sales environment
