- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruit healthcare professionals and non-clinical staff as per business requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.
- Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
- Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and close positions within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
