We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience to handle sales targets,team management,client relationships and business development.

Role :

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Develop current customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Handle negotiations, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

- Monitor territory-wise and salesperson-wise performance.

- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and management for smooth order execution.





- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify new markets and expand the company's customer base.

- Train, guide, and evaluate sales team members.

- Ensure achievement of sales revenue and collection targets.

Required Skills:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
