Job Overview

Artarium LLP is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, hardware and software support, networking, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of both MacBook/macOS and Windows systems and be comfortable with installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and MacBook/macOS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and required software.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN and WAN networks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and related equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Monitor CCTV systems and troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, storage,



and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of IT hardware, software, and other technical assets.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Maintain records and reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, CCTV, and other IT requirements.
- Handle installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of computer components such as:

SSD and HDD

RAM

Processors

Graphics cards

Power supplies and other peripherals

A hands-on IT professional who is willing to learn, troubleshoot problems independently, and take ownership of the company's day-to-day IT infrastructure and support requirements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
