- Follow up with potential customers and assist in converting enquiries into sales
- Support Instagram, Facebook and other social media activities
- Create and post basic content for social media
- Update product information, offers and promotions online
- Coordinate with the sales team for online leads and customer requirements
- Maintain basic lead and follow-up records
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-up
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and social media
- Interest in digital marketing and content creation
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Jewellery/retail experience is an advantage
- Candidates from Kannur area will be given preference
