Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Trendyol, Carrefour, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, catalogues, SKUs, ASINs, images, content, and keywords.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, Accounts, and Category teams.
- Manage pricing, promotions, discounts, inventory, orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Monitor listing accuracy, product visibility, ratings, reviews, and marketplace performance.
- Track SKU sales and inventory trends and support sales and profitability improvement.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues, claims, catalogue errors, and disputes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly E-commerce reports.

- Marketplace & Order Management – Timely and accurate order processing, dispatch, returns, and claims.
- Catalogue Management – Accurate and updated product listings, SKUs, and catalogue content.
- Inventory, Pricing & Promotions – Maintain stock availability and accurate pricing/promotional activities.




- Marketplace Performance & Growth – Improve sales, visibility, conversion, ratings, and SKU performance.
- Reporting & Coordination – Timely reporting and effective cross-functional coordination.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
