- Manage daily last-mile delivery operations within the assigned area.
- Pick up and deliver shipments to customers as per assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
- Handle COD collections and ensure timely submission as per company process.
- Update delivery status and complete required documentation in the system/app.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment details.
- Handle undelivered shipments and follow up for successful delivery.
- Maintain proper handling and safety of shipments during transit.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead / Ground Coordinator for daily operational requirements

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
