We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Social Media who is creative, hands-on and excited about working across multiple brands and industries.

Graphic Designer – Social Media

Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Employment: Full-time

What You'll Do

- Create high-quality social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, ads, banners and campaign creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines, campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Adapt designs into different formats and platform specifications.
- Work closely with the creative, content and digital marketing teams.
- Use typography, layout, imagery and visual storytelling effectively.
- Participate in photoshoots and basic video shoots using a smartphone.
- Edit and prepare basic photo/video content for social media.
- Explore and use generative AI tools to create concepts, visual assets and design variations.
- Handle multiple client projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency across different brand identities.

Must-Have SkillsDesign Tools

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign — good to have
- Canva

Generative AI

Working knowledge of Generative AI tools for:

- Image generation
- Creative ideation
- Background/object generation
- Image enhancement
- Design variations
- Content creation

Mobile Photography & Video





You should be comfortable with:

- Shooting photographs using a smartphone
- Shooting basic social media videos/reels
- Understanding framing, composition and lighting
- Capturing behind-the-scenes and client content
- Basic mobile video editing

- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Valuable understanding of social media design trends.
- Ability to convert a brief into a strong visual concept.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and hierarchy.
- Willingness to experiment with new creative and AI tools.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs quickly.
- A robust portfolio is more important than years of experience.
