Job Description:-

Graphic Designer Will designs and formats official quality-assurance documents, compliance reports, self-study evaluations, and visual presentations to support institutional or corporate accreditation reviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Accreditation Materials: Format and layout large self-study reports, evaluation exhibits, and compliance portfolios so they look qualified and are easy to read.
- Data Visualization: Convert complex institutional data, statistics, workflows, and assessment results into clear charts, graphs, and infographics.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all reports, certificates, banners, and digital portals strictly follow the organization’s or university's brand guidelines and style manuals.
- Digital & Print Production: Prepare print-ready documents for site-visit teams and interactive PDF/web assets for virtual accreditation committees.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accreditation managers, academic committees,



or quality assurance officers to gather content and meet strict submission deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
- Document Layout Expert: Deep understanding of grid systems, typography, long-document formatting, and accessible PDF design .
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for consistency, grammar placement, spelling, and structural alignment in formal publications.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate, higher education, or regulatory environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
