Experience: 1–5 years in US Healthcare Operations / Voice Process
Age: Up to 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle calls with US clinics, providers, and insurance companies.
- Manage healthcare-related queries, authorizations, referrals, and insurance follow-ups.
- Handle escalations and time-sensitive healthcare cases.
- Work with payer portals and healthcare systems.
- Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication and comprehension.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare and insurance workflows.
- Knowledge of Prior Authorization and Referrals.
- Valuable understanding of medical terminology.
