We focus on high-quality brewing, secure packaging, and lightning-fast delivery to ensure our customers enjoy their favourite tea hot and fresh, wherever they are.
*Job Summary* :
We are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Partners to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for picking up freshly prepared tea orders from our cloud kitchen and delivering them safely to customers in designated areas using a two-wheeler.
*Key Responsibilities* :
Safe Delivery: Transport tea flasks and orders to customer doorsteps in selected areas efficiently and safely.
Order Inspection: Verify that order items match the delivery receipt before leaving the cloud kitchen.
Timely Execution: Navigate routes efficiently using GPS to ensure the tea is delivered hot.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers politely during drop-offs and collect digital or cash payments if required.
Maintenance: Ensure your two-wheeler is well-maintained and operated safely according to traffic laws.
*Requirements & Skills*
1.Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler (Scooter/Motorcycle).
2.Possession of a valid Driving License, active vehicle insurance, and registration documents.
3.Must own a smartphone with an active internet connection for navigation and order updates.Good knowledge of local roads and shortcuts in the designated delivery zones.
4.Basic communication skills (local language proficiency is required).
(Prior experience as a delivery rider with food delivery apps or local kitchens is a plus, but freshers are welcome)
