Position Summary

WE Excel is seeking an visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to orchestrate our overarching technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital engineering capabilities.

Reporting directly to the executive board, the CTO will serve as the technical engine of the firm, scaling our engineering prowess, pioneering AI/ML and Generative AI adoption, and cementing our leadership in e-Governance and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate blends rigorous technical mastery (spanning Python, .NET, cloud, and enterprise ERP) with strategic executive acumen, bridging complex software engineering with public-sector scale and business objectives.

Key Executive Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Technology Strategy & R&D; Innovation

- Vision & Roadmap Architecture: Define and execute the organization’s long-term technology vision, modernizing engineering stacks across products, e-Governance platforms, and enterprise solutions.
- Emerging Tech & AI Incubation: Pioneer the adoption of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced automation, integrating practical intelligence engines directly into core workflows and product suites.
- Governance & Engineering Standards: Establish rigorous technology benchmarks, security frameworks, and architectural governance to ensure elite performance, resilience, and scalability.

2. Solution Architecture,



Core Engineering & ERP Leadership

- Holistic Architecture Oversight: Direct enterprise-grade solution design across Python, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and distributed APIs, ensuring seamless interoperability and zero technical debt.
- Enterprise & e-Governance Delivery: Spearhead complex implementations—including large-scale ERP rollouts and e-Governance mandates—ensuring absolute compliance with government regulatory frameworks, data protection acts, and security standards.
- Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps Mastery: Scale cloud infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines via CI/CD, and enforce bulletproof cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.

3. Engineering Operations, Delivery & Quality Governance

- End-to-End Execution Excellence: Oversee multi-project technology delivery, enforcing strict alignment with scope, budget, milestones, and high-performance quality gates.
- Agile & DevOps Transformation: Embed high-velocity Agile, automated testing, and continuous delivery mechanisms to accelerate time-to-market without compromising system integrity.
- Technical Risk Mitigation: Proactively audit technology dependencies, resource bottlenecks, and systemic delivery risks across engineering, database, and QA units.

4. Talent Leadership, Capacity Building & Culture

- High-Performing Organization Design: Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, architecture, DevOps, database administration, and QA.
- Technical Capability Development:



Conduct systematic skill audits, close technological gaps, and build a culture of continuous technical learning and rigorous accountability.

5. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Pre-Sales Governance

- Executive Client Interface: Act as the premier technical authority and evangelist for high-stakes client meetings, government stakeholder reviews, and strategic partnership discussions.
- Pre-Sales & Proposal Leadership: Partner closely with business development to evaluate RFPs, architect winning technical solutions, drive effort estimations, and defend proposals.

Technical Competency Matrix

- AI/ML & Advanced Intelligence: Generative AI, LLMs, enterprise data pipelines, and model deployment.
- Core Engineering Stacks: Python, .NET, ASP.NET Core, advanced API design, and SQL/NoSQL database architecture.
- Enterprise Infrastructure: Cloud ecosystems, DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise cybersecurity.
- Domain Specialization: Mission-critical e-Governance frameworks, public sector compliance, and multi-platform ERP implementations.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise technology governance.
- Domain Track Record: Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology organizations, with deep preference for experience in government, public sector, or e-Governance verticals.
- ERP Acumen: Proven history of architecting and delivering complex, multi-module ERP solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a premier institution.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
