Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.

Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.

Prepare estimation reports and submit them within project timelines.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.

Perform rate analysis for material, labour, and BOQ items.

Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

Prepare cost comparison statements and variation estimates.

Develop project budgets and monitor estimated vs. actual costs.

Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, QS, and Project teams for accurate costing.

Maintain material and labour cost databases.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.





3–8 years of experience in costing and estimation for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of BOQ Study and preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and budgeting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
