We are looking for experienced Sales Officers to join our growing FMCG team across all districts of Odisha.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in snacks, namkeen, or related food categories.

Salary: 18K-20K + Additional Incentives + Travel Allowances

Location: Puri, Kandhmal, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur

Exp: 2–4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (namkeen/snacks preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives for your district
- Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and stockists
- Regular market visits for order generation and relationship building
- Track and report on competitor activity
- Ensure availability and visibility of products across retail outlets




- Work closely with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery
- Execute marketing and trade promotion plans
- Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (namkeen/snacks preferred)
- Robust knowledge of local market and retail network in your district
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
