As an HR & Recruitment Intern, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to supporting onboarding. This internship is designed to help you build real-world HR skills and strengthen your professional profile.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with the hiring team.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and HR operations.

Eligibility

- Open to students and fresh graduates from any discipline.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
