Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will own solution architecture, guide development teams, and work directly with U.S.-based clients from strategy through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation planning for client engagements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor senior engineers.
- Establish best practices for security, governance, DevOps, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical quality assessments.
- Collaborate with U.S. clients, business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise application development and solution delivery.




- 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services.
- Strong hands-on development skills in C#/.NET, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SPFx, REST APIs, and Azure Functions.
- Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Proven experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting federal government, public sector, healthcare, financial services, or Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project Online, Project for the Web, Planner, or OnePlan.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, AZ-305, or PL-400.
