We are looking for a center manager to manage government projects under us in Gujrat.

Your role will be under Govt. Scheme Project.

Requirements and Responsibilities:-

1. State-Level Operations

- Manage and monitor all residential training centers across the assigned state.
- Ensure smooth implementation of project activities and targets.

2. Center Monitoring

- Regularly review center performance, training, hostel, attendance, and discipline.
- Conduct center visits and ensure timely corrective actions.

3. Team Management

- Supervise Center Heads, trainers, mobilizers, wardens, and support staff.
- Conduct regular review meetings and monitor staff performance.

4. Student Management

- Monitor mobilization, enrollment, attendance, retention, training completion, and student welfare.
- Support centers in resolving student-related issues.

5. Placement & Reporting





- Monitor placement activities and center-wise placement targets.
- Review MIS, documentation, and submit regular state-level reports.

6. Compliance & Quality

- Ensure centers follow project guidelines, SOPs, and organizational policies.
- Keep centers prepared for inspections, audits, and monitoring visits.

7. Additional Responsibilities

- Perform additional duties assigned by management according to project requirements and expertise.
- Support mobilization, inspections, center expansion, and other project activities whenever required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
