- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes.
- Maintain and inspect equipment such as: Reactors and reaction vessels, Agitators and mixers, Pumps, Compressors, Heat exchangers, Storage tanks, Pressure vessels, Gearboxes, Blowers, Valves and pipelines, Utility and material-handling equipment
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs, replacement, or improvements.
- Coordinate with Production to schedule maintenance activities with minimum impact on production.
- Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules, equipment history, checklists, and maintenance records.
- Supervise external contractors and maintenance technicians during repair and installation activities.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and erection of recent mechanical equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, inspection, and servicing of rotating equipment.




- Monitor spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the stores/purchase team for timely availability.
- Assist in maintaining plant utility systems and associated mechanical equipment.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to approved SOPs and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the EHS team to ensure safe execution of maintenance activities, including permit-to-work and applicable isolation/LOTO procedures.
- Support plant improvement projects aimed at improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the maintenance area.
- Preferred chemical manufacturing industry experience.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
