We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth across our diverse packaging divisions. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, lead proactive marketing strategies, and expand market share for three primary product categories: Rigid Plastic Packaging (containers, pails, closures), Sustainable Kraft Paper Packaging, and Premium Rigid Box Packaging (luxury, gift, and electronic retail boxes). You will act as the key link between corporate clients, product development teams, and production facilities to secure high-volume corporate contracts.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
