Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, chat, and email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve complaints and customer issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Meet customer service and performance targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements





- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
