Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns, including keyword research, targeting, bidding, and ad optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-performing and relevant keywords.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Analyse key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Identify underperforming campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and audiences and take corrective actions.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Run and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns where required.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, trends,



and industry best practices.

Skills We’re Looking For

Must Have

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads / PPC.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads and campaign structure.
- Positive knowledge of keyword research and bidding strategies.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Experience with conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Good reporting and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
