Role Overview

Own Shiksha Nation’s social media presence and help build its voice, community and digital brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop & execute social media strategy
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms
- Create weekly/monthly content calendars
- Develop Reels, carousels, posts, stories, memes, polls & short-form videos
- Write captions, hooks, headlines, scripts & social copy
- Build brand voice and recurring content formats
- Manage community, comments, DMs & audience engagement
- Track trends, creators, memes & cultural conversations
- Analyse reach, engagement, watch time, retention, shares, saves & conversions
- Support campaigns, influencer collaborations and founder-led initiatives

Ideal Candidate

- 3–5 years of social media experience
- Strategic + creative thinker
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content
- Hands-on content execution
- Data-driven approach to social media optimisation
- Solid communication and trend awareness

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
